Customer Requirement for sound book printing
The client has two requirements:
- Help her confirm the book structure.
- Achieve the volume from soft to loud so kids could have more fun with the book
Our Solution for sound book adjustments
1. For the first requirement, we take the following measures.
Stage 01: We shared kinds of structure as per our experience. We made the first proofing sample with a hidden sound module as per the initial conclusion.
Stage 02: After reviewing the hard copy of the above digital sample, the client wants to see a new sample with soundbar fixed on an extended back cover.
Stage 03: When 2nd sample came out, we suggest to add spacers to make the text the same thickness as the sound bar. At the same time, change the cover to a case so it will look perfectly matched with the increased thickness of the whole book. This version has been finalized for bulk manufacturing.
2. For the second requirements, we add the volume button on the bar. In this way, the children can control the volume easily by themselves.
Currently, this sound book is at the stage of bulk manufacturing.
