Our client only has the initial design of his custom card stack. He required us to finalize his product with below achievement.

Our Solution for flashcards design and printing
1. Suggest adjusting the design and completing five levels of 40-50 cards each. In this way, children can play at the appropriate level for their age.
2. Such as aim for a sound with the card, we recommended adding a code on the card and using a card reader. This is a new kind of sound module on the market and will be attractive for kids. When children place the card in the card reader, it makes a sound and allows them to read.
3. For packaging box, we suggest to using tuck box with an E-flute platform to protect the card reader well.We did share various kinds of packaging box style for his reference, and then our client agreed with our suggestion.
We made card reader samples as well as card set proofing samples. With client’s comments and slight adjustment, client placed the bulk order of 3000 sets. We achieved good quality for our long-term cooperation.
