Customer requirements
As per the client’s requests, we will need to up to the below standards:
- Work out the template, especially for the irregular shapes of the puzzle pieces to die cut.
- Die-cut the puzzle into 82 pieces based on the tiny size of 125 * 125mm.
- Do the embossed and spot UV on the box accurately.
- None of the puzzle pieces is missing in a pack.
Our Solution
- We can not use the normal die line for this project as it is in irregular shapes each other. So, our designer makes the die line and designs the shape of the puzzle pieces on her own for the client to approve. The design of the shapes is supposed to express the puzzle’s magic and uniqueness. Thanks to the talent and hard work of our designer, the client gave us a thumbs-up on the die line eventually!

- Due to the very tiny size of each piece, we have to test many times to achieve a neat and full cut. First of all, we replaced the old cut plate with a fresh one which highly improves the cut tool efficiency. After that, we adjusted different sharpness to test the power that fit well.
Our puzzle production process
- The images in the square area on the box need to be embossed and added spot-UV to highlight the gorgeous design. We were strictly requested to work on a very accurate position of the spot-UV and the embossing, however, there is normally a 1 or 2 MM difference in our industry. With high attention to the process and our skilled experience, we finished them successfully on the image with no out-of-position!
- We were equipped with an advanced die-cutting machine for puzzle products in our workshop. Hence, we can 100% avoid the issue of missing pieces in the process.
Without any doubts, we completed the products for our client with 100% satisfaction and loyalty in the end.
