Customer requirements for board game
Our client want to develop a new boar game. She has two main requirements:
- Help with the packagingof the whole board game.
- Confirm the board folding style
Our Solution to achieve the game requirements
1.For the First requirement, the following measures were adoptedby us.
Stage 01: we shared some cases as per our experience, E-flute clamshell box, lid & bottom box, big storage box with handle. We suggest to use lid & bottom box which is most popular and look nice.
Stage 02: To keep the whole thing in order, we advised to package the respective parts with shrink-wrap, polybag, blister box, etc.
Stage 03: We discussed via video chat for several rounds and client decided to go with our suggestion. The final output is very nice as we could see.
2.For the second requirement, we shared our experience to have the board folded into 2, 4 and 6. We also think of using a light EVA to replace millboard for sake of the outstanding weight. Then we decided to try with a square board to fold with a cut. After we made the sample, client was not satisfied with it.
So we recommend to simplify the board: one complete round board to fold into 2 without cutting.
In the end, the client placed bulk order and we were also able to complete mass production in less than a month.
