Produced Popular Clue Board Game 2500 sets

Board games are a hit that never goes out of style! Our MOQ is 1000 sets. In this case, we produced a custom clue board game for a game company!

Here are the details:

• Extent: 1 box + 1 game board + 45 cards + + 1 pop up game book + 1 rule sheet + 8 miniatures + 1 dice + 1 hourglass
• Box: 420 x 420 x 50mm, 4/0c + gloss lam on 128gsm artpaper over 2mm board
• Game board: 800 x 800mm folded to 200 x 200mm, 4/0c + gloss lam on 128gsm artpaper over 2mm board
•  Pop up game book: 180*200mm,4/0c + 1/S machine varnish on 250gsm C1S art card,7 spreads with 7 pop-ups, hardcover
• 45 Cards 66 x 96mm, 4/4c + gloss varnishing on 300gsm C2S, rounded corners
• Rule Sheet: 300 x 200mm folded to 150 x 200mm, 4/4c on 128gsm artpaper
• 8 Miniatures: approx. 25 x 55mm, plastic
• Dice: black D8 with number, wood
• Hourglass: approx. 150 x 55mm, wood style

Our Solution To Achieve The Game Requirements

1. Leverage our supply chain advantages to quickly find the right suppliers for all components. Because they are all different types of products, in order to ensure the quality while keeping the cost as low as possible, we asked different suppliers to arrange to proof and compared the quality and cost in detail, and finally selected the appropriate component suppliers!
2. In order to reach the limited budget provided by our client, considering the complexity of this project, we conducted a video conference with the client. During the communication, we suggested adjusting the pop-up book structure which has the greatest impact on the cost. Because pop-up books are all handmade works, the cost of the same illustration design but different pop up structures will be very different! In the end, the client adopted our suggestion, besides retaining 3 extremely complex pop up structure designs, the remaining 4 were changed to simpler pop up structures, and added a pulling mechanism at the same time. This makes the whole book more interesting and lively!
3. In order to allow each item in the game box to find its proper position without wasting the space of the box, also it can be properly packaged so that the items will not be damaged due to transportation. After we got the first proofing prototype, we tested different placements and packaging ways. After multiple adjustment tests and a detailed comparison of the size of each item. We have made the following adjustments:

1) The miniatures have been changed from the original individual box packaging to the bundled cloth bag packaging, which greatly reduces unnecessary waste of space.

2) Change the folding method of the game board so that its folded volume becomes smaller, which reduces the length of the original box.
